SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Administer the Midwest ISO Credit Policy.

Analyze and monitor customer creditworthiness.

Recommend the initial amount of unsecured credit extended and changes to a customer’s credit limit.

Uphold all business requirements related to the Credit Policy, including maintaining adequate financial assurances.

Ensure compliance with all applicable control activities.

Provide support for Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance Program Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide initial and periodic credit assessments for customers.

Monitor financial condition and total potential exposure relative to established credit limits.

Maintain good working relationships with the designated credit contacts.

Participate in Credit Practices Working Group Meetings.

Communicate need for financial assurances in order to maintain the customer’s compliance with the Credit Policy and the Midwest ISO’s Transmission and Energy Markets Tariff.

Compliance with all processes, procedures, and standards applicable to the position including (but not limited to): SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards 70), CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection), Change Management, Tariff (Open Access Transmission and Energy Markets Tariff), FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation), US Department of Homeland Security, and NAESB (North American Energy Standards Board).

QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related technical field required.

Master’s degree in finance-related field preferred.
