RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of successful sales in the managed health care or employee health benefits field.

While sales management experience with a carrier is strongly preferred, outstanding sales success (documented) experience in a broker or TPA environment will be considered.

A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) is required.

However, compelling industry experience and success may permit a waiving of this requirement.

Relationships with key brokers in region are a major plus! The ideal candidate will have documented success of his/her sales performance.
