Lead distribution team in key manufacturing plant OverviewLead Distribution Warehouse daily operations to include palletizer operations, receipt and storage of inbound loads, and loading and shipping of finished product to both GMI service facilities and direct to customers.  Also responsible for Plant Warehouse operations that includes receipt, storage and line delivery of raw materials and ingredients.  Combined operations include leadership of over 25 material handling technicians per shift, and movement of 50+ truckloads of raw and finished materials per shift. The Distribution Team Leader plays an integral role as a front line leader in a unionized manufacturing environment.
