Manager Of Data Quality & Control For Ameriprise/Ovations In Phoenix, AZ

As the Manager of Data Quality and Control for AmeriChoice/Ovations, in the IT and Administration segment, we are seeking an experienced candidate with a combination of the following technical skills and background experience:

Batch/Online Management

-Ensures service level management of batch and online availability

-Oversees the providers delivery of electronic submissions, ensuring timeliness, accuracy

and adherence to standardized formats are achieved

-Optimizes environment and automates to the highest level possible

-Responds to escalated customer inquiries and resolves or escalates problems, as

necessary.

-Follows appropriate escalation/notification guidelines during system or application business

interruptions

Problem/Change Management

-Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving basic production, application, and

system problems to ensure that the data center service commitments are met.

-Manages crises in “system down” situations.

-Administration

-Manages all subordinates including operators, production scheduling, and tape operations.

-Key participate in departmental disaster recovery testing and planning

-Updates processing procedures/documentation within the data center for application

processing and backup/contingency.

-Has input to or develops budget for assigned area

Management and supervision

-Will supervise the day-to-day responsibilities for a team of 4 to 5

-Review and Approval of Work

-Will provide and management reporting and metrics for department

-Works under general direction of senior management

-Provides external vendor relationship management

Qualifications:

-Working knowledge of Production Control, Diamond Operations and the Medicaid healthcare systems environment
