Position Description Affinitive is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Account Director to manage and develop client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a background in customer-focused marketing strategy and has recent experience managing CPG or Alcohol clients.

Although the role's primary responsibility is developing client relationships the candidate will also be responsible for new business development, creative ideation, strategy and analytics.

ABA is looking to add a legal recruiter to our San Francisco team. Do you have a past history of success in either the legal and/or staffing industry? If so, you could be the person we are looking for.

As a Legal Recruiter, you will work in a team environment and will be responsible for individual contributions and growth targets. This position requires a combination of placement and account management skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of the process, including; sourcing, interviewing, placement, and expanding established relationships. You will develop a strong understanding of new and existing client business and staffing needs, identify and place the most qualified candidate that fits the client’s needs, while negotiating offers. We place all levels of legal professionals from case clerks to attorneys in temp/contract, temp to hire and direct hire opportunities. The senior technology project analyst, information and metrics, is a newly-created position in BGI’s Global Technology group, responsible for ensuring the implementation and effective use of various measurement and metrics, business analysis and reporting tools throughout the Global Technology group, providing management with tools to support strategic decision-making and to demonstrate performance to internal clients. This position will not have direct reports, but will provide project management guidance and direction to other members of the team as needed.

Primary responsibilities:

Support full implementation throughout Global Technology of a measurement process to analyze and report technology effectiveness.

Assist with the management of the technology Time Tracking System, including design, set-up and interpretation of data fields, user training, and process improvement.

Assist with the management of the headcount approval and tracking processes.

Assist in the design, development and implementation of a technology reporting strategy that may include consulting with managers on process flow and implementation of operational metrics and identifying appropriate external benchmarking as one means of measuring performance.

Communicate key measurements to internal clients as a means of demonstrating performance.

Participate in the development of a linkage between available metrics and employee performance objectives and measurement.

Qualifications:

Position requires 7+ years’ related analytical experience in a business, consulting or operations role, preferably in a technology environment.

Demonstrated ability to gather and model data, synthesize analysis, and extract implications.

Project management experience required.

Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills.

Understanding of finance and general business principles.

Systematic thinking, efficiency, attention to detail, quality control, and striving for constant improvement, team player.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally and with all levels of staff.

MBA/MA a plus.
