Purpose The Regional IT Coordinator is in charge of support and assistance for users working on sites in the region and all remote users linked to the region.

This position is also responsible for local IT infrastructure availability and training for users.

Reporting relationshipsThe Regional IT Coordinator reports operationally to the Group IT Support Manager and administratively to the Regional Controller.

Main duties/responsibilities Asset management· Prepare and maintain IT assets on all sites of region· Prepare and setup computers with ghost images, regularly updated according to directives given by the Group IT Support Manager· Installation of new equipment (i.

e., desktops, laptops, peripherals, etc.)· Provide first level assistance for hardware maintenance, with item replacements· Manage the inventory of spare parts, peripherals, and other miscellaneous equipment (i.

e., cables and connectors)· Configure the PDA phones with IT applications (e.

g., e-mail synchronization) required by the users· Plan the disposal of the obsolete workstations and equipment, and recommendation of new equipment, in collaboration with the Group IT Support Manager· Use the ASSET application tools to manage computers Helpdesk· Use the Helpdesk application tools to manage support tickets· Assist users working on the sites of the region and remote users, with hardware and office software issues.

Provide first level assistance for the groups business applications.

· Follow-up & coordinate the actions of external contractors on the regions locations with the help of the Group IT Support Manager· Fix any problems or issues with the assistance of external contractors and with second level support from the Group IT Support Manager and the Group IT Operational Director· Assist external users working on Serimax sites (clients and contractors) System & Network· Support and maintain all local servers in the sites of the Region, with the assistance of external contractors and with second level of support from the Group IT Support Manager and the Group IT Operational Director· Ensure the correct operation of the business applications in the sites of the region and call external contractors for the maintenance (with permission of Group IT Support Manager)· Supervise external contractor work related to the local support with the help of the Group IT Support Manager· Manage network peripherals (i.

e., copiers, printers, scanner, fax, Wi-Fi, etc.) Business Applications · May be selected to act as the technical project manager for a number of business application implementation projects.

Role Summary/Purpose The program manager is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the cross-functional program team in all aspects of project execution.

Essential Responsibilities – Lead a cross-functional team of Sourcing, Manufacturing, Production, Product Management, Quality and Technology members to execute a new product introduction – Provide direct management for the GE based design team members and indirect management for offsite support design team members.

- Manage program risk, schedule, and budget, product performance, quality, and cost.

- Manage design and drawing release to meet program milestones.

- Develop and execute design builds and evaluation plans to validate product performance vs. the product technical specification.

- Present weekly pulsing updates to the Range business team highlighting program status to all deliverables and key risks.

- Utilize Design for Six Sigma methodology to ensure consumer and customer CTQs are met. – Drive design for reliability and cost of quality efforts to ensure reliability and service call rate requirements are met. – Work with Range material cost out team to drive incremental margin benefits with cost out projects within the program.

- Coordinate with the manufacturing and factory teams to optimize Six Sigma Lean efforts to drive program benefits.

- Lead team through all Reviews, specifically Program & Technical Reviews.

Present Program reviews to Business Cross-Function Leadership Team.

Qualifications/Requirements – Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering- Minimum of 5 years industry experience- Significant knowledge of residential cooking products, preferably gas products.

- Strong oral and written communication skills – Strong interpersonal and leadership skills- Some travel required to support program milestones and production implementation.
