Purpose: Ensure that all Customer Part D business requirements are clearlyunderstood, defined, documented, reviewed and approved by Customerbusiness and IT management as needed for the effective execution of SXC’sdevelopment efforts as requested by Customer.
Review CMS and Industry guidance to determine impact to Customer insupporting their specific Part D goals and objectives.
Research, recommend and develop strategies for Part D business solutions tosupport Customer.
Evaluate Customer custom development requirements versus standardSXC Part D functionality and make recommendations to Customer andSXC management.
Act as in-depth subject matter expert (SME) and resource to Customer stafffor information and guidance regarding CMS Part D Requirements as theypertain to pharmacy benefit management.
Key liaison to other SXC staff for information and guidance on the use ofand integration of Part D requirements by Customer, provided thatconfidential and proprietary information and intellectual property issafeguarded.
Key Responsibilities: Produce and obtain review and approval of detailed Part D businessrequirements and related project deliverables for quested Customer Part Ddevelopment initiatives requiring enhancements to SXCs system.
Work closely with SXC’s Product and Development to ensure CustomerPart D related system enhancements are being met in timely and accuratemanner.
Maintain detailed project time account records and provide related timelyand accurate status reporting for all Part D requests (specific to Customer andglobal to SXC).
Serve as the key SME for Customer business and IT staff and managementon CMS Part D Requirements as they pertain to pharmacy benefitmanagement.
Key Competencies: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Part D requirements and is able tospeak to the specific issues concerning eMS mandates and notifications.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or MIS required, or equivalentexperience.
Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
PBM industry experienced strongly preferred.
Part D experience required.
Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision makingand analytical skills required.
Excellent Verbal, written communication and presentation skills required.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong Project Management experience required with significant knowledgeof or familiarity with computer science and/or computer technology.
