Aerotek E&E is currently searching for a Safety Coordinator for our client in Nashville, TN.This person will be responsible for: -Managing construction contractor safety and health program administration-Managing site safety, health, environmental, and security budgets-Developing and conducting employee safety and health training programs-Conducting site safety and health inspections and safety and health program audits-Ensuring project safety and health documentation is complete and accurate-Conducting incident and injury/illness investigations-Writing detailed investigation and safety and health progress reports-Interfacing with client and government officials-Administering project worker's compensation programs and procedures-Assisting in development, management, and implementation of project insurance programs and policies-Providing supervision, training, development, an performance management of direct reports-Supporting continuous improvement effortsPreferred Qualification: -Knowledge of safety and health standards and practices -Knowledge of company substance abuse policies and procedures-Knowledge of construction contracting strategies and contract administration-Knowledge of worker's compensation policies and procedures-Knowledge of insurance program administration -Knowledge of environmental laws and company and client programsFor immediate consideration please contact Courtney Dunlap at 615-472-9478.
