This individual will be primarily responsible for analyzing, documenting, and refining back-office processes required support the growth of the prepaid business.

o Create detailed process flows and written documentation to ensure critical backoffice work can be completed efficiently, routinely.

o Work closely with back office functional teams (finance, billing, remittance, transaction management) to identify and implement processes that can resolve reoccurring items and yield a more efficient cost to serve PTG operationso Maintain the Business Support knowledge base / library with problem descriptions and current recommended solutions
