1. Responsible for the monthly operations report published by Friday following month-end summarizing the operations for month and year-to-date reporting of costs incurred, pounds produced, conversion cost and inventory levels compared to budget and last year.

2. Responsible for weekly operations report published on Wednesdays summarizing production highlighting issues and action plans, mix and loss variances with commentary on material variances, and inventory levels and progress.

3. Responsible for coordinating and completing plant budgets on a timely basis with plant controllers and plant management.

4. Challenge and work with plant managers and materials managers in all areas of materials management including inventory levels, aged inventories, and plant capacities by production line.

5. Coordinate with Beloit the smooth running of the capital project syste

6. Responsible for timely communication of cost issues to the commercial accounting group for inclusion in pricing considerations.

7. Responsible for setting physical inventory dates with the plant controllers and overseeing all such physicals to ensure the plant controllers are fully performing their duties.

8. Responsible for keeping fully informed and educated on new developments in accounting systems and reporting in conjunction with the strategic business unit CFO and corporate in Beloit.

9. Monitor and control accounts payable, payroll, freight subsystems, labor reports vs. targets, all daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and all site costs.
