As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in a variety of different projects for our Recruitment Department.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and highly driven in order to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities will involve administrative tasks and projects, including file management, data entry, new hire application/paperwork tracking, and scanning of documents.
This is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing healthcare solutions company.
Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 p.
m., Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays as necessary.
Applicants MUST be willing and available to work these hours! Requirements: · At least two years of administrative/clerical professional experience;· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, to specifically include Outlook and Excel; · The ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment; and· Must be self-motivated, dedicated and reliable.
