Thomas Construction is now interviewing for a Sales Manager to manage the roofing division.
Responsiblities include training, supervision, hiring, and other management duties.
You would also be responsible for running your own leads.
We are looking for someone with outside sales experience, preferrably in the home remodeling background.
However, we accept resumes from those with other sales and management experience.
Salary is based upon commission.
Sales managers also earn an override % of their division sales.
Company benefits available after 90 days of employment and include medical, dental, and company paid life insurance.
Hours vary as we work on appointments.
