This is a key role on the Retail leadership team, accountable for the continual success of the division including articulating vision, measuring and developing talent, and ensuring successful operation of teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Direct the team responsible for all aspects of the branded store experience including, but not limited to taglines, music and video.

· Collaborate with senior leadership and store organization to ensure follow-through of Brand objectives.

· Conceptualize and execute compelling visual merchandising presentation in stores.

· Develop merchandising guidelines, standards, and protocols that translate the relationship impact of effective merchandising on sales.

· Create and execute quarterly marketing refresh to include windows, hero shots, banners, POP, email blasts, packaging, special collateral and events.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: · BA/BS degree in a relevant area of study such as visual marketing or merchandising preferred.

· Strong analytical skills; the ability to analyze and negotiate vendor agreements.

· Ability to build and develop teams, set challenging standards, and lead others to action.

· Flexibility to shift focus and priorities.

· Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus.
