Sales Account Management

Your Responsibilities:
Will support a large territory consisting of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Washington. Will focus on Utilities, State & Municipalities, and Lighting Specifiers. Additionally, you will work closely with distributors, end users (customers) and Philips Lighting account managers, providing product training and conducting presentations. Will perform energy audits and recommend upgrades.Specifically:~Provides training through end user seminars and presentations at distributors. Tracks and monitors region demonstration equipment and related support materials. ~Provides technical support to assigned region distributor sales associates and their customers on our product offerings. Responds to a variety of questions on product family, lumen depreciation and product application information. Researches information through other Philips information sources, as required. Acts as a resource on technical support and applications to region distributor sales associates. ~Responds to and investigates select quality complaints at the region/end user level. Coordinates the complaint process from initial investigation to resolution. ~Identifies and performs calls on specifiers located within the region in order to up sell products. ~Provides select end users lighting layouts and energy audits through our premier distribution.

Your Profile:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of lighting industry experience, preferably a combination of technical and sales.You will have experience developing and delivering technical training.You will have knowledge of the lighting specification process.
