Responsibilities / Duties: · Provide Enterprise Project Management for large projects and maintain high level Enterprise Project plan· Provide expertise, communicate and implement System Development Life Cycle· Provide support to the Director to help ensure alignment of projects to ensure consistency and to coordinate delivery of projects· Manage staff workload assignments· Identify cross functional project resources and manage their deliverables· Manage a team comprised of project Managers and Analysts including day to day management, mentoring and coaching· Partner with business and technology owners to develop and maintain the infrastructure project demand· Communicate all project-related information (weekly status reports, participation in executive meetings, etc) to management and cross functional team· Develop and recommend innovative solutions to the clients· Maintain portfolio view of all projects· Seek and review input from cross functional team and make final decisions regarding project scope· Submit input about implementation details as needed to make strategic decisions· Drive generation of complete business requirements document· Drive decision making to keep project on track and ultimately successful· Help make decision on final go/no-go decisions Qualifications / Required Skills: · 5+ years experience managing large infrastructure programs· 5+ years experience successfully managing large, diverse cross-function teams· 5+ yeas Infrastructure Demand planning and management experience· Experience managing a team of 10 or more· Extensive problem solving and analytical skills· The ability to write and modify business requirements· Extensive business knowledge as it relates to the financial insurance industries· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization· Experience interacting with departments across the company, including Application Development, Engineering and Production Support.

Candidates must be experienced in productive interactions across disciplines, work groups and with external collaborators.  Candidates must have proficiency in method development and troubleshooting for various analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, dissolution, titration, LC/MS, particle size distribution, UV, and IR.  This position requires good communication and interpersonal skills and excellent follow-through in managing contract partner relationships. Strong writing skills with ability to provide scientifically sound persuasive arguments for regulatory submissions. Knowledge in organic chemistry and understanding of potential degradation mechanisms and incompatibility between API and excipients are a bonus. Experience in HPLC/MS/MS and GLP operation requirements in bioanalytical laboratories is a plus as this position could be involved in auditing bioanalytical laboratories. Knowledge in structure elucidation and physical property characterization techniques is highly desirable.
