EULAV Asset Management, a registered investment advisor and subsidiary of Value Line, Inc., located in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire an Internal Wholesaler/Marketing Associate.

EULAV is the investment advisor for the Value Line Funds, a no-load fund complex with 14 funds and approximately $2 billion in assets.

We are looking for a person who is energetic and can handle multiple tasks within the Company.

Position Primary Responsibilities: · Serve as lead person who would interact with the transfer agent of the funds and respond to any inbound inquiries or shareholder issues, including telemarketing and requests for fund literature.

· Coordinate shareholder mailings such as prospectuses and financial statements with the fund intermediaries and transfer agent· Develop & maintain relationships with all intermediaries via the phone · Maintain distribution agreements for EULAV Securities, the distributor, and ensure their compliance with regulations.

· Promotes the sale of the companys mutual funds through internal and external distribution channels, assist with the development of sales tools/collateral.

· Utilize knowledge of company products in an effort to develop business.

· Compile sales and redemptions data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to management.

Review and compile various account statistics.

· Review and act if necessary on shareholder short term trade report, excessive exchange report, blocked employee report, OFAC and FINCEN reports.

Qualifications: Candidate should have at least 2 years of Transfer Agency experience or 2 years Brokerage/Mutual Fund Operations experience in a client support or internal sales role.

Must have a Series 7 & Series 63 Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Strong phone and interpersonal skills required Ability to organize, follow up and must be able to work both independently and in a group environment.

Reporting & Compliance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary

Responsible for preparing treasury tasks, including the fund s expense budget, monthly and quarterly financial information and testing the fund s compliance in accordance with IRS and SEC requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Performs the following client functions:
Performs testing of the mutual fund s compliance in accordance with IRS and SEC requirements, using our exception-based compliance system. Analyzes and researches compliance exceptions and presents suggestions to manager. Reviews fund prospectuses and determines whether any changes are required to compliance control documents.
Prepares the mutual fund s expense budget, using knowledge of client s expense structure and history. Makes recommendations regarding budget changes to manager.
Maintains expense accruals and payment documentation, including periodic expense analysis, annual expense budget, expense rollforwards, and expense cap analysis. Interacts with client with regard to questions on status of invoices and allocations and accrual rates.
Prepares Rule 24f-2 and Form N-SAR regulatory filings; research client questions using SEC filing instructions and internal procedures. Coordinates obtaining data from other IBT departments.
Prepares monthly and quarterly financial information for fund management and Board of Directors.
Calculates fund performance; reviews performance for reasonableness.
Calculates periodic distributions and presents suggested distribution amounts to manager.

2. Complies with internal procedures and specified deadlines

3. Creates client calendars and manage timing of work flow and client deliverables. Uses judgment to escalate any potential concerns about deadlines.

4. Maintains well-documented organized workpapers and client files

5. Other special projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

BA/ BS plus 1- 2 years related experience
Candidate must be detail oriented
Ability to work in a deadline oriented group with peak period workflow
