Experience with Ericsson UMTS/GSM, Lucent UMTS, Nokia GSM, and Siemens GSM. Advanced knowledge/experience with CTS, MetroWatch and Net Analyst (or other facility testing tool) and the ability to interpret test results.

Experience with LEC interface and understanding of processes and procedures.

 Hours:  Monday through Friday  10am to 6pm  The Depot Supervisor will be responsible for the following: Coaches and enables work group to efficiently, accurately, and safely complete the customer service requirements as work flows through the production cycle or through the administrative area.  Coaches work group to continually achieve new levels of performance in areas of customer service and team building.  Schedules daily work activities to maximize available resources.  Maintains communication with appropriate stakeholders throughout the facility on key issues and operational activities. The successful candidate will supervise the warehouse areas through planning, analysis, and communication, while they are organizing and achieving daily production goals.  The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for employee safety, holds scheduled warehouse staff meetings, and maintains housekeeping standards.   The ideal candidate will have two to four years of supervisory experience in a distribution facility. Candidates with a B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience preferred.  Demonstrated leadership experience includes: leading teams through change, managing employee conflicts and resolution, process and policy procedure implementation. Intermediate level experience in MS Office platform (or software platform in use).Demonstrated success in department relevant software/applications, budgets, and problem solving.Has a strong understanding of the activities and objectives of the work group and associated business processes.Previous experience in a union environment is required.
