This position will have hours from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday.

This position will perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties generally in support of the OTS division.

Duties include, but not limited to: pick up, log and file OTS files daily; box up and label files that are older than 12 months; fill out transmittal for file storage; prepare files to be scanned; and scan all Non-Dot chain of custody forms into image system.

Other duties may include; setting up and maintaining files; answering telephone, taking messages; organizing, researching, and developing departmental reports; and performing various related duties including those pertaining to the particular department.

This position may require occassional overtime.

Candidates must be able to lift and Carry 70 pounds.

The OTS division, though headquartered in North Carolina, has satellite locations in Southaven, MS; Houston, TX,; and Raritan, NJ. With our high volume of patient service centers and contracted collection facilities, we are able to provide any company with their forensic or wellness drug testing.
