Responsibilities- Represents Epsilon to our prospects in a positive and professional manner.
Initiates telephone communication with client prospects, utilizing a targeted list of organizations.
Identifies and develops relationships with decision makers and influencers who can initiate new business opportunities.
- Cultivate initiated relationships between the client and prospect through telephone and email communications.
Through telephone inquiries, identify responsible parties who make decisions regarding the client’s product/service.
Initiates regular follow up contact to continue prospect education on client product/service benefits that can eliminate the prospect’s business pain.
Emails prospects additional client collateral materials in template form such as white papers, marketing tools, case studies, etc., where agreed upon, to further educate and nurture the relationship.
- Documents prospect information in the Lead Generation Tracking Database as well as utilize all lead qualifying tools.
Performs updates and/or edits after each prospect contact capturing information critical to the client’s sales lead criteria.
Takes detailed and accurate notes regarding conversations with decision makers and other pertinent information.
- Attends team meetings to discuss client lead generation progress, to include prospect information, successes or difficulties.
Interacts regularly with colleagues to support and share information on best practices as well as receive coaching and feedback for individual and team growth and success.
- Actively contributes to a positive and fun work environment.
Communicates relevant ideas and information in an open and honest manner.
Provides support of others and actively participates.
About the OpportunityProvide lead generation to specified clients by identifying, initiating and nurturing potential business relationships.
Achieve specified program objectives and goals through the initiation of telephone and/or email communication with prospects.
Maintain detailed communication documentation through database management functions in a timely and accurate manner.
