These positions are responsible for ticket management, trouble isolation/triage, and remote coordination and restoral of T1s, T3s, Ethernet and Chronic analysis.

Required to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment under team leads and managers.

MSOC and other work management tools will be used to measure performance.

QualificationsRequired Skills: Understanding of transport architecture and elements.

Tier II level skills on T1/T3 Testing, DACS and MSN knowledge including Fujitsu, Cisco SIAD, Tellabs 5500, 5320, 532L, Tellabs MSN 8860s, Alcatel 1630, 1631, 1677, 1671, Alcatel MSN 7670s, and knowledge with TL1 command language.

Experience with Ericsson UMTS/GSM, Lucent UMTS, Nokia GSM, and Siemens GSM. Advanced knowledge/experience with CTS, MetroWatch and Net Analyst (or other facility testing tool) and the ability to interpret test results.

Experience with LEC interface and understanding of processes and procedures.

Desired Skills: Bachelors Degree Engineering or equivalent work experience.
