Public Storage Pick up & Delivery has is offering an exciting opportunity for a Driver in its West Los Angeles, CA facility. Our drivers operate a tractor-trailer and moffet to deliver storage containers. This position also maintains the operation of the warehouse, provides customer service, sells company products, and collects payments.

Qualifications

This position requires a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License with a minimum of combination vehicle group and airbrake endorsements.

Certification in the operation of a forklift along with warehouse experience considered a plus.

Hours vary but usually begin after 8:00 a.m. and end before 8:00 p.m. Seasonal Driver Helpers must comply with UPS appearance guidelines. Driver Helper seasonal opportunities are typically between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday time period. Ideal job for college students on break between Fall and Spring semesters, as well as people just looking to earn some extra cash quickly.Seasonal Driver Helpers typically work longer hours than Package Handlers each day assisting UPS Drivers with delivery of their packages. The Driver Helper position is temporary and does not provide benefits but usually depending upon location, may provide a higher hourly rate.
