360i is seeking an Account Director to add to our growing account services team in New York, NY. This person will manage multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or multiple clients spanning from digital marketing to website design and development; drives strategic plans and objectives for clients within the agency; ensures adherence to timelines and budgets; supports company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships.

It takes a special kind of person to work here, and we hope that’s you.Primary Responsibilities: * Develops and cultivates relationships with clients at the most senior levels* Drives strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals* Communicates and disseminates client requests to team; manages client expectations; manages internal communications and external communication * Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings * Ensures that all deliverables are on schedule, specification and within budget for a given project* Performs cross-functional task management for a given project* Is the single point of contact for client to resolve all project-related issues; escalates larger project issues and risk as needed for resolution* Manages team of account managers and coordinators: training, development, motivation, reviews* Develops relationships with, and ensures the appropriate participation of, key client stakeholders and client executives * Manage and control project scope and the change control process* Authors & maintains project work plans, project briefs, Statements of Work, change orders, user flows, requirements and cost estimates with input from team members as needed* Tracks and reports financial health of project * Reports project status to both internal team and client* Actively seeks new business opportunities from new and existing clients, and continually finds new ways to help our client’s build their businessesRequired Skills and Background: * 7-10+ years account management experience at interactive agency or in a software or web development client services environment* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (banners, widgets, microsites, websites, mobile apps etc.,)* Has managed $250k+ digital projects (such as medium to large consumer-facing website development and design projects)* Managed a team of 4+ account/project managers* Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, media and strategy* Working knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing is critical* Ability to represent entire team’s breadth of work to client* Ability to manage short and long term projects in fast-paced, agency environment* Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative, technical & functional resources* Successful history of client contact particularly experience in setting and managing client expectations* Demonstrated competence in effective communication across multiple teams, levels and companies (clients, partners and 360i)* Demonstrated ability to grow account by building and growing a mutually rewarding client relationship* Viable candidates must demonstrate exceptional client interaction skills, a professional demeanor, thought leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle the uncertainties associated with a consulting environment* Proficiency with Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioApply Online
