CWL Investments is Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches largest Franchisee in Michigan and Northern Ohio.
We are looking for an energetic, hard working office administrator/bookkeeper to work in our corporate headquarters in Brighton, MI. We are dynamic and fast growing with 22 stores currently and 5 more to be added by the end of 2010.
The environment is extremely fast paced and has numerous challenges due to our tremendous growth over the past 5 years.
DutiesGeneral office admin.
(Filing, handling mail, answering phones, etc.) Entering and posting accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile cash and credit card statements Cross train on payroll and daily sales/COGS processing Assist CEO in secretarial needs Assist Controller on day to day tasksRequirements Experience with MS Word and Excel Quickbooks or other accounting software experience Solid MS Excel experience and strong PC, internet, and networking skills Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferredCollege level courses or degree Accounting experience Experience using Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics) accounting software
