Requirements: · This is an implementation project and will involve extensive data conversions.

Drive Decision Sciences and Analytic excellence across the Consumer Finance Americas business*Lead Decision Sciences and Customer Analytics across all markets, client portfolios, channels, products and customer life-cycle stages & customer segments. Special focus on Cross-Sell, Retention, Pricing, and Customer Profitability, Integrated life-cycle decisioning, and Competitiveness. *Drive Technology and Analytics/ Strategy development and enhancement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms *Work closely with Marketing teams to execute on Prospecting, Cross-sell, Retention, & Pricing strategies*Work closely with Risk teams to execute on Account Management & Collections strategies*Work closely with each Americas businesses to design business level Decision Sciences strategy and support implementation for the matrixed organization. * Spearhead transformation of the business from Account view to Customer View and Customer Lifetime Value, strengthening “customer relationship” through multiple product offering tailored to each consumer segment. *Develop domestic and global analytic bench strength~cb~~hj~~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications
