Commercial General Liability Adjuster Position American Claims Services, Inc. in Houston has positions open for adjusters with five or more years experience in Commercial General Liability property claims (preferably Construction Defect claims).

These adjusters will have to manage claim files, engage in litigation management and report on developments to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: – College degree or 5+ years related experience and training- Current Texas Insurance Adjusters Property & Casualty License with up-to-date CE credits- Analytical with exceptional problem solving ability- Interpersonal skills with the ability to solve conflict and maintain confidentiality- Customer Service oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong team player with proactive case management skills- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word American Claims Services, Inc. Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience! Responsibilities incldue posting of EOB receipts, copayments and patient balances.

Research credit balances and submitting refund requests.

Follow-up of denials and accounts receivable balancesThe successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience working as a medical biller in a specialty clinic, have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
