Has a general understanding of the organization(s) being supported and IT’s role in the business mission.Job Responsibilities: Supports current CRM business processes and projects utilizing analysis, IT skills, and business knowledge.
Provide on-going end user support of salesforce.com application.
Perform basic salesforce.com system administration and configuration tasks.
Consistently assumes a lead role in salesforce.com (CRM) projects and/or end-user support and training.
Consistently consults in 1 or more system environments.
Uses directed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoots data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.
Develops and modifies custom reports and dashboards (including custom report types) to suit business needs.
Aware of the concepts involved in identifying opportunities for improvement that support the business by leveraging technology through efficient and effective use of current applications.
Understands the concepts involved in consulting on division/business unit or corporate-wide project studies.
Understands the concepts involved in consulting on application development or selection projects involving systems integration that typically have cross-divisional impact.
Work with business to define requirements and turn requirements into system specifications for salesforce.com and related systems supporting CRM solutions.
Work with the vendor, internal developers to design and develop applications meeting defined system specifications.
Develop and execute end to end test plan of developed salesforce.com features.
Assist business with implementation of salesforce.com tools including data conversion approach development and execution, training, and testing.
Prepare training materials.
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Required SkillsBachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)Required ExperienceAt least 1 to 2 years experience as a salesforce.com system administrator.
Between 2 to 5 years of experience in information technology application end-user support and business analysis.
