POSITION OVERVIEW: Handle all shipping/receiving functions (ie proper packing, preparing packing lists, contact shipping companies, receiving deliveries, documentation, utilization of computerized inventory systems, proper routing of packing slips and accurate intake and issuance of all materials).
Prepare, test, clean and issue all equipment needed for business operations.
Maintain safety and security of warehouse operations, reporting any potential loss/damages/safety hazards as appropriate to Warehouse Management.
POSITION SUMMARY: Perform an inventory check each time a shipment has been received.
Perform reconciliations of CSG/CIFA to maintain inventory control.
Conduct daily/weekly/annual inventory counts, reconciliations and reports.
Maintain reconciliation process of converter room equipment and materials to comply with company procedural guidelines and audits.
Manage material min/max order points to ensure proper stock inventory considering seasonal marketing changes.
Provide repair reports from vendors in an effort to identify manufacture defects / malfunctions.
Place orders for stock directly from the vendor.
Issue material upon proper receipt of requisition.
Sign off on delivery forms and issue material upon proper receipt of requisition.
Prepare items for shipment via UPS and other carriers.
Provide and process repair items for shipment/receipt from vendors.
Maintain security while keeping work area neat and in an orderly manner.
Maintain all safety reports and practices with company guidelines.
Notify supervisor of any losses or damages of warehouse stock.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to work Overtime, Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Ability for flexible work schedule in order to meet customer and business needs.

Required Skills: Education: High School diploma or the recognized equivalent in work experience or self study.
Minimum Qualifications: 3 months of related work experience.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Requires regular, punctual and consistent attendance.
Some overtime and Saturdays may be required.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of cable television products and services.
