We are currently looking to add entrepreneurial-minded self-starters to our sales staff.
Day to day responsibilities As the Business Development Manager you will be selling IT staffing services to IT and business executives within Fortune 500 accounts.
Your responsibilities will include: Working with the Sales Manager you will create and execute a sales strategy designed to achieve corporate growth goals Lead identification and qualification, cold calling and setting appointments with clients Developing, cultivating and managing your sales territory Meeting with prospects to uncover and understand their critical business issues and selling appropriate AAI solution to resolve customer issue(s) Entertain clients (Red Sox, Celtics, Pats, golf, etc.) Negotiate contracts and close deals Grow revenue through new account development and expansion of existing accounts Consistently develop and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing clients in order to maintain sales opportunity pipeline Collaborate with service delivery team and management on strategic initiatives Effectively communicate client requirements to service delivery team Qualifications · 2+ years outside sales experience with proven track record of hitting assigned sales goals (ideally in IT services or staffing/recruiting industry).
