First American’s, National Production Services, (NPS) has a current opening for a talented and experienced Title Examiner to join our successful team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Advanced ability to organize
Working knowledge of Basic PC skills using such software as: Internet Explorer, Outlook Express Mail, Windows Environment, and MS Office products
Advanced Problem Solving
Advanced ability to organize
Good written and verbal communication skills
