The eContent Designer builds a variety of design elements for presentations, TEKsystems.com website, interactive flash presentations, online banner advertising, promotions for outside websites, and various other marketing channels. The eContent Designer also helps to improve customer usability by continually refining and adding features and functionality to online resources.Responsibilities include designing look and feel, graphics, layout / content flow, and animation. These digital assets contribute to increased sales and strengthened brand awareness for TEKsystems. The eContent Designer is a problem solver adept at transforming complex business objectives into easy-to-understand and visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite software and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Work with company leadersDevelop graphics to represent special conceptsCreate visual layouts for online presentationsDesign visually appealing and user-friendly Website layoutsCreates digital resources / interactive demos to support business development campaignsNo direct responsibility for supervising otherseContent Web Design Qualifications: 2-4 years of professional design experience (required)Demonstrated ability to design Websites (we will ask for samples)Demonstrated ability to perform cross-browser CSS coding and ActionScript coding (required)Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software with a focus on interactive design (specifically, the ability to use Adobe Products including Photoshop, Fireworks and Flash in version CS3 or CS4) is requiredUnderstanding of browser and projector display differences on different platformsHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to translate complex information into easy-to-understand designs and visual elementsKnowledge of industry best practicesAbility to meet tight deadlines and deliverablesCustomer-facing experience and project management skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to graphic design, Web design, and communications design (required)Cross-browser CSS coding and ActionScript coding
