Job description
1. Provide Tax planning, compliance and consulting expertise to small and mid-market clients partnership, S-Corp and C-Corp, and high net-worth individual
2. Work with all aspects of small business and individual federal, state tax return, and sales & local tax issue
3. Supervise and manage multiple projects and prioritie
4. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and ensure satisfactio
5. Effectively train, mentor and manage staff to form a competitive tax team, and assess performance for engagement.

Requirements
