Service facility seeking self-starting, well organized and motivated individual to coordinate efforts of a 5 person truck refrigeration site. Duties to include customer interaction, phone coverage, service invoice writing, data analysis via spreadsheet software, warranty claims and payment processing. Customer service skills and knowledge of the following software applications are favorable: Windows, AS400 Experience, Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet Literacy.
